After attending San Diego State University for Business Administration, Parris jumped right into high-end residential real estate. He began his real estate career in 1989 as a top producing real estate agent. Since entering the real estate market Parris has sold over $600 million in residential properties.

 

Zach Rubey

Zach Rubey is a determined and ambitious individual with a strong desire to acquire knowledge and new skills. He has a distinguished service record as a computer/detection system repairer in the military and availed himself the opportunity to advance his technical abilities by undergoing several courses. Zach holds a Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Agent Detection System Repairer Certification, a testament to his technical expertise. 

Zach quickly realized it wasn't his passion and switched to working as an operations/marketing director to one of highest producing real estate teams at Coldwell Banker. He has since evaluated himself to becoming a full-time luxury real estate agent.  Zach possesses an exceptional work ethic and strives for excellence in all his endeavors, making him the quintessential luxury agent.

2. Attention to detail: One of the things that makes an image truly great is simplicity. What looks aesthetically pleasing to us in person can often look cluttered or distracting in a videography. As professional real estate videographers we’re experienced in looking for these details that add up to create a powerful image. Whether it’s fluffing pillows, spacing the dining table chairs evenly, testing dozens of potential compositions, or even rearranging furniture, we go the extra mile to perfect each scene.

Advanced lighting and editing techniques: While many real estate photographers use a quick method called HDR (High Dynamic Range Photography) to show off the views from a house, this results in a grungy, unprofessional and unrealistic look. Our photographic approach combines the best of flash and natural lighting to create a polished and vibrant look for your images. Many scenes will actually be a Photoshop composite of 6 separate photos of the same shot. This allows us to take the best lighting for each part of the scenes and seamlessly stitch them together. It’s not a simple or quick process, but we bring over 15 years of photography and editing experience to produce these compelling and polished images.
