After attending San Diego State University for Business Administration, Parris jumped right into high-end residential real estate. He began his real estate career in 1989 as a top producing real estate agent. Since entering the real estate market Parris has sold over $600 million in residential properties.
Zach Rubey
Luxury Real Estate Agent
Zach Rubey is a determined and ambitious individual with a strong desire to acquire knowledge and new skills. He has a distinguished service record as a computer/detection system repairer in the military and availed himself the opportunity to advance his technical abilities by undergoing several courses. Zach holds a Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Agent Detection System Repairer Certification, a testament to his technical expertise.
Zach quickly realized it wasn't his passion and switched to working as an operations/marketing director to one of highest producing real estate teams at Coldwell Banker. He has since evaluated himself to becoming a full-time luxury real estate agent. Zach possesses an exceptional work ethic and strives for excellence in all his endeavors, making him the quintessential luxury agent.
Kaya Krygsman
Social Media Strategist
Kaya Krygsman is a motivated young woman who always gets the job done. After attending Sierra College for two years, she is now attending Sac State to get her degree in digital marketing. Kaya is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve her skills, and she is driven to succeed in everything she does.
Vail Carolyn
Marketing Director
Vail graduated from California State University - Sacramento with a degree in digital communications. She has designed and published both copy and digital content for several local Northern California businesses. Additionally, she has produced and written content for local publication, Sacramento Press Magazine.
She is focusing on pursuing a career in the real estate industry while managing all digital media content for Parris Krygman Real Estate.
Jeanine Miller
Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager for Parris Krygsman, Jeanine spearheads all day-to-day operations with a vast array of finely honed skills to ensure a seamless transaction for every valued client. Jeanine’s diligent work ethic, attention to detail, and comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry has enabled her to successfully manage hundreds of properties in her 15-year tenure with the Parris Krygsman, proving her to be a vital member of the team. Amongst clients and colleagues alike, Jeanine has earned the reputation for her exemplary customer service and tenacious attitude - a key component in bringing our clients' real estate goals to fruition. Jeanine has sold real estate for 5 years and thus understands the concerns that homeowners face today.
